Banking With Your Bay Card
CSU East Bay and Wells Fargo have teamed up to provide ATM/PIN-debit card functionality to The Bay Card for students and employees. This is an optional feature of The Bay Card program.
When you link your Bay Card to a Wells Fargo College Checking® account1 (students), a Wells Fargo Premium Membership® Checking Package2 (employees), or an existing Wells Fargo® checking account, your Bay Card functions as an ATM card and PIN-debit card, as well as your official CSUEB ID.

1Eligilibility subject to approval. Students must provide proof of enrolment at an accredited institution when the account is opened. $100 minimum opening deposit required to open a new checking account.
2Premium Membership Checking Package consists of a checking account plus three additional qualifying accounts or services.
